Some folks just like a surprise. Let our head roaster pick one or two of his favorite single origin coffees for you. Our single origin coffees are seasonal and will change often. Some of the roaster's choice selections never make it on the website, so you'll get to enjoy some of the same coffees we drink daily in the roastery. All of our single origin coffees are roasted with a light to medium roast level that highlights the natural characteristics each coffee has to offer.
